For years, I worked behind the scenes in startups building products, leading teams, and figuring out how to move ideas from whiteboards into the hands of real users. Along the way, I kept seeing the same thing happen. People had great ideas, but they kept getting stuck. Not because they weren’t smart or determined, but because the gap between strategy and execution is wider than most people admit.

That’s what made me want to build something different.
